Return/ Refund / Cancellations

If you wish to return your item(s), you may do so within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unaltered with tags attached.
Exchanges: Apparel may be exchanged within 30 days. Exchanged item(s) will be shipped back to you free of charge, excluding rush service charges.
Returns: Apparel returned within 30 days will receive a full refund, excluding shipping fees. Please note, if your order received free shipping, a $15 processing fee may be incurred.

For international orders, we are not responsible for any return fees including duties and taxes.
Any items Returned/Exchanged must include the attached original tags, hangers, dust-sleeve and packaging and must be in new, un-worn condition.
Items returned that have been worn or that smell of perfume, deodorant, smoke, etc. will NOT qualify for a refund.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges of returned item(s). If a parcel is returned for reasons such as "Not Deliverable" in three attempts, we can re-ship the item to you for an additional shipping charge. Please include the invoice included in the box with your return shipment.
- All exchanges and returns will be inspected. Those items not in pristine condition or without original packaging will not be processed for an exchange or refund.
- All Sale items may be returned within 30 days for exchange or merchandise credit ONLY.
- Items returned after the specified time frames WILL NOT be processed for an exchange or refund.
